MILLING PRECISION WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART
TECHNOLOGY
Milling gives the workpiece its special form and structure. High
precision and speed are the primary goals in milling, whether it
involves complex workpieces or forming dies and matrices with 3D
contours. The use of 5-axis control milling machines achieves the
required precision by requiring just one workpiece fixturing. Advanced
CAD/CAM programming techniques are used in the shop area for freeform
surface milling.
That is why all machine tools with CNC controls are interfaced
to the in-house network. Conventional milling machines still retain
an important place in the machining center, not just for training
purposes, but also for producing simple milled parts, single parts
or test parts that must be provided to the customer without long
setup times.

CNC 5-axis
milling
Milling of different types of workpieces, some with complex workpiece
holding, permits 5-axis machining without refixturing.
There are clear advantages here in the precision and speed of production.
High-tech perfection.
