Based on our excellent performance and competitiveness, combined
with many years of experience, some turned parts are also produced
by milling operations. This type of fabrication on a CNC turning
machine is also called complete processing. It permits the production
of complex turned parts, some of which need to be milled in a second
work step, with just one turning process and at high volumes thanks
to bar loaders.
Competitive prices can be offered given this advantage. For short
setup times as well as small production runs, conventional as well
as NC-controlled turning machines are available. In some cases,
it is possible to process conventionally produced parts within 24
hours, depending on the complexity of the product. Production is
split into two areas, subcontracting production and the production
of in-house products.
